Log in to your YSL Beauty account and go to the Orders section to view order details, processing status, and shipping information.
If you placed your order as a guest (without logging in), please use the order number and email from your confirmation email to track it, or contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered to you within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
